1. OUR SERVICES
Express Body & Paint provides automotive services including, but not limited to:
Auto body repair
Auto paint services
Collision repair
Vehicle damage assessments and estimates
Customers may book appointments online or contact us by phone. Any estimates shown online are preliminary estimates only. Final pricing is determined after in-person vehicle inspection.
2. ESTIMATES & PRICING
Online or verbal estimates are not final quotes.
Final pricing is provided only after physical inspection of the vehicle.
Additional damage discovered during repair may affect final cost.
Customer approval may be required before additional work is performed.
3. PAYMENTS
Payments are not accepted online.
All payments must be made in person or by invoice, using accepted payment methods communicated at the shop.
All sales are final. No refunds once services have been performed or work has begun.
4. NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of automotive repair services:
All labor and services are non-refundable.
Parts ordered specifically for a customer may not be refundable.
Disputes regarding workmanship will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. REPAIR RESULTS DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge and agree that:
Repair results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and extent of damage.
Some damage cannot be restored to factory-perfect condition.
Repairs are performed to the best possible outcome, not guaranteed perfection.
6. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Express Body & Paint is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service
Mechanical, electrical, or structural issues unrelated to the requested repair
Wear and tear, rust, or hidden damage discovered after work begins
7. THIRD-PARTY PARTS & SERVICES
We are not responsible for:
Defects, delays, or failures of third-party parts
Delays caused by parts suppliers, insurers, or vendors
Services provided by third parties not directly controlled by us
Any warranties on third-party parts are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
8. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone.
Customers should notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to appear for an appointment may result in delayed service availability.
9. SMS, EMAIL & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Express Body & Paint, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
