By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services from Scrappy’s Pet Salon and Grooming(“Scrappy’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Scrappy’s is an in-shop pet grooming salon located in El Paso, Texas.
2. Services Offered
Scrappy’s Pet Salon and Grooming provides professional grooming services, including but not limited to:
Bathing
Haircuts and styling
Nail trimming
Paw care
General grooming and hygiene services
Services may vary depending on pet size, breed, coat condition, behavior, and specific needs.
3. Appointments & Online Booking
Appointments may be scheduled online through our website or by phone.
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and complete pet details at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or require prepayment for future appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their appointment.
5. Pet Health & Behavior Disclosure
Clients must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, injuries, age-related concerns, anxiety, or aggressive behavior before the appointment.
Pets must be healthy enough to receive grooming services.
Scrappy’s reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a pet shows signs of illness, extreme stress, or aggression that could pose a risk to staff or other pets.
6. Matting & Special Handling
Severely matted coats may require shaving for the pet’s comfort and safety.
Additional charges may apply for excessive matting, special handling, or extended grooming time.
Clients understand that dematting or shaving may cause temporary skin irritation, redness, or discomfort, which is not the responsibility of Scrappy’s.
7. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency during grooming:
Scrappy’s will make reasonable attempts to contact the Client immediately.
If the Client cannot be reached, Scrappy’s is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.
Scrappy’s is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or complications related to the pet’s age, health, or behavior.
8. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on pet size, breed, coat condition, behavior, and requested services.
Final pricing may differ from estimates if additional work or time is required.
Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Pick-Up Policy
Pets must be picked up promptly once grooming services are completed.
Late pick-ups may result in an additional holding or daycare fee.
Pets left after business hours without prior arrangement may incur additional charges.
10. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Grooming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, scratches, or stress reactions.
By using our services, Clients agree to release and hold Scrappy’s Pet Salon and Grooming harmless from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
Scrappy’s is not responsible for loss or damage to collars, leashes, or personal items left with the pet.
11. Photos & Marketing
Scrappy’s may take photos or videos of pets for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless the Client provides written notice opting out.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Scrappy’s Pet Salon and Grooming reserves the right to refuse service to any pet or Client at our discretion for safety, health, or behavioral reasons.
13. Privacy Policy
Scrappy’s Pet Salon and Grooming respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website, online booking system, phone, or in person is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
