1. Services
Muñoz Sealing and Paving provides asphalt and surface maintenance services including, but not limited to: asphalt seal coating, paving, hot rubber crack filling, patching, striping, epoxy, concrete work, residential driveways, and commercial paving services. All services are subject to site conditions, material availability, and weather.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visual inspections, measurements, and information provided by the customer. Estimates are not final until confirmed in writing. Prices may change if the scope of work, surface condition, or material requirements differ from the original assessment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or estimate. Payment is due as stated unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payment may result in work delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.
4. Scheduling & Weather Conditions
Work schedules are subject to weather conditions. Asphalt and sealcoating services require appropriate temperatures and dry conditions. Muñoz Sealing and Paving reserves the right to reschedule work due to rain, temperature, or other environmental factors beyond our control.
5. Surface Conditions & Limitations
Customer acknowledges that asphalt and concrete surfaces may have underlying conditions not visible at the time of estimate. Muñoz Sealing and Paving is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing damage, poor base conditions, drainage issues, or structural defects.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, removing vehicles, and keeping people and pets away during service. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are provided without an express warranty. Normal wear, cracking, fading, and weather-related effects are not considered defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
Muñoz Sealing and Paving shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services performed.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee if labor, materials, or scheduling commitments have already been made.
10. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive non-marketing communications related to estimates, scheduling, service updates, and invoices via phone, email, or text message.
